Cody Dove - Improv
Cody Dove is an alumnus of The Second City Cleveland where he performed in every revue they produced (Burning Riverdance, For Those About to Iraq, Who’s Yer Baghdadi and No Shirt, No Shoes, No WMDs). He is a current ensemble member of Cincinnati's The Second City 2: More Pride...Less Pork, and Chicago's The Second City’s Improv All Stars and Porchlight Music Theater Company’s Best Musical. Originally from New Mexico, he directed the critically-acclaimed, all-improvised The Show for Albuquerque’s The Box Theater. Cody is currently on the teaching staff of The Second City Training Center in Chicago where, instructing both basic and conservatory level students, he works with everyone from beginners to professional actors.
Amy Roeder - Acting and Improv
Amy Roeder has been an improv and acting teacher for the past fourteen years. She has most recently been working with the Second City as a cast member of The History of Chicago in Second City's new UP Comedy Club. In the past, Ms. Roeder has been seen with Second City in three original revues at Atlanta's Alliance Theatre, in Sex, Love and the Second City at the Alliance and Denver Center for the Performing Arts and in various revues onboard the NCL Star and NCL Epic. Amy received a BFA in theatre performance from the University of Evansville, an MFA in Acting from the University of Georgia, and is a teacher candidate with the National Michael Chekhov Association.
Tim Stoltenberg - Improv
Tim Stoltenberg comes to the Cincinnati Playhouse as a cast member with The Second City from Chicago. He has worked with children, teens, and adults for over 10 years in improv and in creating original works. Tim performs and teaches improv in Chicago, having previously been the Improv Director of Dad’s Garage Theatre in Atlanta, Georgia where he taught, directed and preformed. In Atlanta, he worked as an actor with multiple theatre companies. He has traveled the all over performing and teaching improv in numerous festivals. (Charleston, San Francisco, Vancouver, Seattle, Amsterdam, Vienna, Brussels, Chicago.) Tim has been seen in numerous national commercials and is originally from Wisconsin and received his B.A. in theatre from St. Norbert College in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Jonn Baca - Stage Combat
Jonn Baca is a graduate from Miami University with a BFA in Acting. He is an Advanced Actor/Combatant with the Society of American Fight Directors, and has taught at several SAFD Stage Combat Workshops, including the National Stage Combat Workshop in North Carolina. He has been performing and choreographing fights professionally in the region for over a decade, working for such companies as the Cincinnati Ballet, Cincinnati Shakespeare Company, Opera Theatre of St. Louis, Falcon Theatre, and of course, Playhouse in the Park. Jonn is the Educational Director for New Edgecliff Theater Company. He teaches, Acting, Movement and Stage Combat at CCM Prep, and is the Movement teacher for their Certificate Program. He is also the Stage Combat Instructor at Northern Kentucky University.
Michael G. Bath
has been a part of the Cincinnati theatre scene since 1990 when he interned at the Ensemble Theatre of Cincinnati (ETC). A proud graduate of Wilmington College and a member of Actor's Equity Association, Michael currently teaches acting and improvisation for Afterschool Acting and Playhouse in the Park in addition to his stage work. He received Acclaim Awards for roles in Next Fall (Equity Actor in a Lead Role), End Days (Equity Actor in a Supporting Role), both at ETC, and Angels in America Part One: Millenium Approaches (Equity Actor in a Supporting role) at The Know Theatre. He was also in the award-winning Cincinnati Fringe Festival performance of Fricative (Performance Gallery). For his role as Stanley in Chaps! at Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, Michael was nominated for a Cincinnati Entertainment Award (Best Local Actor). Other local theatres he has performed with include: Cincinnati Shakespeare Company, Cincinnati Children's Theatre, Theatre IV/Artreach, Showboat Majestic, and the award-winning comedy/improv group Carnivores In Action.

John Bromels - Acting/Creative Dramatics
John Bromels has taught acting and theatre across the country for the past 14 years, working as an actor/educator with the Merry-Go-Round Playhouse in New York, Theatre at Lime Kiln in Virginia and the Cincinnati Shakespeare Company. He also toured the country with Poetry Alive, based in North Carolina and ECA Educational Services, based in Michigan. Also an accomplished writer, his dramatic works have been performed from Maine to Florida and have been published in Southern Theatre magazine. John has a bachelor’s degree in theatre arts from Catawba College.
Andrew Goedicke – Circus Arts
Andrew has over 13 years of experience in circus arts and has been involved with gymnastics and acrobatic sports for most of his life. He also has complimentary training in diving and dance. Though he graduated from Taylor University with a degree in Art Education, circus is a more suitable home for his time and efforts. In early 2011, Andrew returned to Cincinnati after spending a year in Louisville, KY coaching and performing with Louisville Aerial Revolution. He has been working with the Cincinnati Circus Company since then, focusing primarily on trapeze, hand balancing, and partner acrobatics. He is also a part of the company’s flying trapeze coaching staff and one of the trainers for aerial acrobats.
Jeff Groh - Acting
Jeff has been an educator and performer for the past ten years. He has performed at The Playhouse in the Park, The Cincinnati Shakespeare Company, Ensemble Theatre of Cincinnati, as well as many other local theatre houses. He has also travelled the country for nine months performing poetry for students. He has worked as the Educational Director for the Cincinnati Shakespeare Company and has taught theatre for Cincinnati Public Schools. Jeff was the recipient of 2010's CEA (Cincinnati Entertainment Award) for Lead Actor in a Play (R.P. McMurphy in One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest). Jeff is also the co-creator of trueTHEATRE, a true story theatre project dedicated to sharing stories and building community. He has been a instructor at the Playhouse teaching Improvisation and adult and children's acting for several years.
Elizabeth Harris - Acting/Creative Dramatics
Elizabeth Harris has been acting, directing, and teaching theatre for 20 years. She has performed and directed for such theatres as Ensemble Theatre of Cincinnati, Cincinnati Shakespeare Company, New Edgecliff Theatre, Know Theatre of Cincinnati, Flat Rock Playhouse, and Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera. Elizabeth has also co-created several original works, which have been produced at New Edgecliff Theatre, Cincinnati Shakespeare Company, and Horizon Theatre Company. Working as a theatre arts educator Elizabeth has taught for such establishments as Morehead State University, Covington Public Schools-Let It Shine Afterschool Arts Program, Theatre Works, The Carnegie Visual and Performing Arts Center, the Educational Theatre Association International Thespian Conference and the Georgia State Thespian Conference. She has also co-created a preschool and kindergarten drama literacy program for Cincinnati Public Schools. Elizabeth currently teaches acting at Northern Kentucky University and Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music Preparatory Department.

Terah Herman - Summer Camp Director/Creative Dramatics/Acting
Terah Herman holds a master’s degree in theatre from the University of Kentucky. This will be her third year teaching for Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park. She has taught a range of theatre classes for young children up to college students at the University of Kentucky, the Explorium of Lexington, COSI Toledo, Capital University, and the West Chester Academy of Music and schools around the area. She has worked as a professional actress at various theatres around the region.
Steve Irwin - Musical Theatre
Steve Irwin has over twenty years of professional experience as a dancer, instructor and choreographer. He has performed throughout the world on cruise ships, at dinner theaters and theme parks, and in local and regional theater. Steve's teaching and choreography credits include Northern Kentucky University, Governor's School of the Arts, Cincinnati Ballet, Contemporary Dance Theater, Playhouse in the Park, and ArtsWave.
Keith Minnery – Musical Theatre
Keith is happy to be back for another summer at Playhouse. Keith graduated from NKU with a BA in Theatre and a BM in Music Education. Keith has served as a musician and music director at various churches and has taught music at Prince of Peace School in Madisonville, Hoffman-Parham (Cincinnati Public) and Prairie Winds Elementary in Colorado. Keith also divides his summer time serving as music director for theatre camps at the Wyoming Fine Arts Center.
Priscilla Gorman Oehlschlaeger - Costumes/Junk Art
Priscilla is the author of “Make Costumes: For Creative Play’’ (North Light Books 1992). Using materials that are cast away children create costumes that are creative with re-cycled items. She has worked as Instructor/Designer at the School for Creative & Performing Arts. Under the direction of Malcolm Frazier, she enjoyed a month in Italy working with the University of Cincinnati’s Opera Theater Company of Lucca, Italy. Her Junk Art and Theatre Magic classes have also been taught for the following organizations: Cincinnati Recreational Centers, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, The Cincinnati Public Libraries, The University of Cincinnati summer camp, The Super Saturday Program for the Gifted Child, The Cincinnati Art Museum, The Children’s Museum of Cincinnati and several local schools, nursing homes and special events. She is currently producing the Costume Caboodle Bag, a tot-a-ble bag of costumes for children.

Since receiving her M.F.A. in Directing from the University of Iowa, Mimi has had a range of theatre experience. In addition to running the summer theatre camp, she taught acting for a high school student apprentice program for The Cleveland Playhouse. For more than 11 years, Mimi worked with Madcap Puppet Theatre which involved directing numerous original shows as well as performing, puppeteering and coordinating Madcap’s education program. Mimi also taught a year-long introductory acting course at Cincinnati’s R.I.T.S.S., a private high school for girls. Since 2004, she has been teaching acting and creative dramatics for Uptown Arts. For the last three summers, she and her husband, Russell White, have taught The Seven Hills School’s drama camp for elementary age students. Additionally, Mimi and Russell have led theatre workshops for student doctors as part of the Very Special Arts Program run by the Child Life Department at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.

Carlos Saldaña - Acting
Carlos received his MFA in acting from California State University Fullerton and is an active member of Consuming The Arts Theatre Project based in Hollywood, California. He is a former professor of theatre and has taught theatre classes at the University of Texas El Paso and Cal State University Fullerton. As an educator he has also hosted theatre clinics for high school students, and has led a variety of performance workshops for many groups, including The West Texas Thespian Festival and Sol Repertory Theatre. Mr. Saldaña is also an associate teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework. Other recent work includes directing credits for university productions of Wit, The Glass Menagerie, A Christmas Carol and One Flea Spare.
Stephen Skiles - Acting
Stephen Skiles is currently the chair of the Theatre and Dance Department and assistant professor of theatre at Sinclair Community College. This fall, he will begin at Xavier University as assistant professor of theatre and director of theatre activities. He graduated with a B.A. in theatre from Hanover College and an M.F.A. in acting from the Professional Actor Training Program at Ohio University. He completed further study at the Royal Shakespeare Institute (in conjunction with the Royal Shakespeare Company) with Robert Smallwood in Stratford, England. He is a professional actor and director working at such theatres as the Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, The Repertory Theatre of St. Louis, Ensemble Theatre of Cincinnati, Ohio Shakespeare Festival, The Bang and the Clatter Theatre, The Phoenix Theatre, The Kentucky Shakespeare Festival and Monomoy Theatre. He was also a founding member and actor of the Cincinnati Shakespeare Company. Additional directing credits include Xavier University, The University of Akron, Cincinnati State, Anderson High School, The University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music Preparatory Program and The Drama Workshop, where he received an Ohio Community Theatre Award for excellence in directing for his work on Mornings at Seven. Prior to Sinclair, Stephen taught at The University of Akron where he held the Paul A. Daum Professorship. He is an active member of Actors’ Equity Association and an associate member of the Society of Stage Directors and Choreographers.

Lindsey Spendlove – Circus Arts
Lindsey is originally from Louisville, KY where she first got involved with circus and aerial arts at 13 years old. Lindsey has a passion for teaching and coaching people of all ages. In the fall of 2010, Lindsey moved to Northern Kentucky to finish her education and continue her passion for circus arts. She became a part of the Cincinnati Circus Company, focusing primary on Aerial Acrobatics, Fire Performing and Hooping. Lindsey is also one of the company’s coaches and trainers of Aerial/ Hoop Fitness, Family Circus classes and Summer Camps.
Bet Stewart - Acting/Movement
Actor, writer, musician and theatre artist, she is artistic director of Intuition Theatre, known for its innovative original work. Ms. Stewart has been teaching and performing for over 25 years and has been at Playhouse in the Park for over 10 years. Having created a unique style blending drama, comedy, mime, music, improvisation and clowning, her solo work is featured in a repertoire of one-woman touring shows: Chicken Fishing in America, I'm Right-You're Right, Off With Their Hats/Alice in Looking Land, and Sentimental Journey, the Life of Rosemary Clooney (all written by Ms. Stewart). Bet shares her teaching, writing and directing talents in theatres, art centers, prisons, schools and community centers throughout the region. She has studied with theatre masters around the world and is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati. She is on many artist rosters including Cincinnati Arts Association, Ohio Arts Council's Artist-On-Tour, Kentucky Humanities Council, VSA Arts Kentucky and Greater Columbus Arts Council.

Karie-Lee Sutherland - Acting/Movement
Karie-Lee Sutherland has worked professionally as a director, choreographer, writer and actor for over 20 years. She toured the world as a singer/dancer for the DOD-USO and is a veteran of live shows at Kings Island. She has also worked for King’s Productions, where she wrote and directed touring shows for Yogi Bear, Scooby Doo and The Flintstones. She was a Broadcast major at UC’s College Conservatory of Music and has received several Orchid awards, as well as a State Octafest Award for choreography. Karie-Lee has worked as a drama instructor for various schools and theatre companies in the Cincinnati area and is an instructor in the Drama Division at the University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music Preparatory Department where she teaches Musical Theatre Dance.
Chad Weddle - Acting and Puppetry
Chad is a graduate of Miami University with a B.A. in Theatre. Chad also holds a Masters in Theatre Education from The Ohio State University. He began his teaching career in the Fort Thomas Independent School District. He currently teaches Theatre at Anderson High School and Nagel Middle School. He is also the Artistic Director for the Anderson Theatre Department. Chad teaches Theatre at Playhouse in the Park and the Cincinnati Actor's Studio. This is his fifth year with the Forest Hills School District. Previous Theatre work done with Ovation Theatre Company, Clear Stage Cincinnati, Madcap Puppet Theatre, and The Children's Theatre of Mason. He enjoys spending time with his family, Emily, Olivia, Henry and his dog, Celie.
Scot Wolley - Musical Theatre
Scot is an esteemed arranger, conductor and pianist in the world of musical theater and symphonic pops, conducting and arranging for many stars, orchestras and production companies in the US and abroad. Scot serves as the arranger for the Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra and has arranged and conducted selections from Phantom of the Opera with the Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra. Scot created dance music for two Broadway shows, including Rodgers and Hammerstein’s State Fair starring John Davidson. Scot has served as conductor for notable Tony Award Winners, Kristin Chenoweth (Wicked), Faith Prince (Guys and Dolls) Debbie Gravitte (Jerome Robbin’s Broadway) and Charles Busch (The Tale of the Allergist’s Wife). Scot has conducted many National Tours of Broadway shows such as Tommy, Crazy for You and Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, and has also extensively toured in shows across Europe, Asia and South America. Scot has also served as Adjunct Professor of Musical Theater for the College Conservatory of Music, University of Cincinnati, Miami University, Oxford, and Xavier University, Cincinnati, Ohio.
