The Ohio Revised Code (R.C. 2923.126) has established the privilege of carrying a concealed handgun to Ohio citizens who have obtained the proper license. The same law explicitly grants private employers in the State the right to prohibit their employees and visitors from possessing firearms on the employer's premises. With this notification the Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park is informing you that it prohibits weapons of any kind on its premises, and reserves the right to search all persons, parcels and vehicles on the same. This policy applies to all employees, patrons and visitors to the facility.
