Acquah Dansoh

Acquah is thrilled to be on tour again with The Second City and be in Cincinnati! He is a regular performer in Los Angeles with past residencies at Second City Hollywood with the phenomenal improv team BLACK PEOPLE, and his current residency at Upright Citizens Brigade-LA with the improv team Lemon Pepper Wet. Recently, he wrapped filming Tenants, a horror anthology coming out this fall to streaming platforms. More importantly, feel free to point Acquah in the direction of the best bakery in the city for donuts while he’s here!

Jessica Joy

Jessica is from Cleveland and is thrilled to be here! Second City credits include TourCo, Norwegian Cruise Line and the etc stage. Film/Television credits include Modern Family, Chicago Med, The Playboy Club, Janie Jones, Bad Johnson and Screams from the Tower. Adam Peacock

Adam grew up just outside of Detroit which is also where he started working for The Second City. After graduating from Eastern Michigan University, he moved to Chicago where he joined the Second City’s national touring company. Adam is the co-creator and host of the podcast My Neighbors Are Dead, which the A.V. Club called “Comedic Gold” and Vulture Magazine named it one of the year’s “Top Comedy Podcasts.” Adam has appeared in multiple film and television projects, notably the acclaimed Netflix sketch comedy series I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson.

Allison Price

Allison is a Canadian Comedy Award and Dora Award winning actor, writer and improviser. Allison has been working in live comedy for over a decade, most notably as a member of The Second City Toronto Mainstage cast, where she wrote and performed in four critically acclaimed sketch revues. She also toured North America alongside Colin Mochrie in The Second City Guide to the Symphony. Additionally, her original comedy has been featured at The Second City Hollywood, The Upright Citizens Brigade, The Westside Comedy Theater and Just For Laughs Toronto. Select television and film credits include a series regular on the family sitcom Bajillionaires (NBC/ Universal), leads in the dark indie comedy Everything’s Fine with Sandra and Jeremy, and the adaptation of Miranda July’s beloved short story Roy Spivey for The New Yorker Presents (opposite Emmy winner Murray Bartlett). She is a graduate of Ryerson Theatre School in Toronto.

Dominic Rescigno

Dominic is a comedian, writer and actor from Chicago. He starred as Antoni in Queer Eye: The Musical Parody at The Second City, where he also understudied Don’t Quit Your Daydream and Do The Right Thing, No Worries If Not on the Mainstage. Other credits include Children of Eden (Cadillac Palace with Stephen Schwartz), My Fair Lady and Dead Man Walking (Lyric Opera of Chicago), Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding, and performances with iO Theater, Annoyance Theatre, The Onion, ClickHole, Walt Disney World and more. Brittani Yawn

Brittani is a performer and writer originally from Cleveland and has earned her BA in Theatre from Miami University. She has toured with The Second City and is an alum of The Second City Bob Curry Fellowship (2021). Some of her credits include Oh, The Places You’ll Glow! (The Second City, e.t.c.); Poison (The Plagiarists); The Suffrage Plays (Artemisia Theatre) and The Ridiculous Darkness (Sideshow Theatre Company). She has also performed with Hell in a Handbag Productions, Annoyance Theatre and iO Theater, among others. Brittani is represented by Grossman & Jack Talent. Follow her on Instagram @no_l1mits.

Anthony LeBlanc

Anthony works at Nickelodeon/Paramount doing talent development and as an on-set acting coach on hit shows such as the reboot of All That and The Really Loud House. He acted as Interim Executive Producer of The Second City in 2020. Previously, Anthony served as an Artistic Director for The Second City Inc., as well as a part-time faculty member at Columbia College Chicago. Anthony is a Second City alum who wrote and performed in two original Chicago Mainstage revues, Taming of the Flu and the Jeff Award-nominated America: All Better!. He has been a teacher and resident director for Second City, directing several resident stage and theatrical productions in Chicago and Washington, D.C., including The Winner ... of Our Discontent (Chicago Mainstage), Soul Brother, Where Art Thou? (The Second City e.t.c.), Generation Gap (Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts), and the Helen Hayes-nominated Nothing to Lose (But Our Chains) at the Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company. Independent productions include The Magic Negro and Other Blackity Blackness as Told by an African-American Man Who Also Happens to be Black (The Alliance Theatre in Atlanta). A native of Beaumont, Texas, Anthony holds a degree in Computer Science and Physics from Loyola University New Orleans. He is an autistic Blerd dedicated to promoting Neurodiversity and DEI in comedy.

Matthew Pollack

Matthew is a music director and composer living in Chicago. Composing credits include ShitFYRE: The Musical; I Want to Believe: An X-files Musical Parody; (parts of) Shark Tank: The Musical; and nine half-hour musicals for children. He is obsessed with the Janko keyboard.

Jennifer Rhodus

Jennifer is a Set Designer in the Greater Cincinnati area and is excited to be re- turning to Playhouse this season. Select design credits include Late Nite Catechism (Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park); Casper: The Friendly Musical, Elf Jr., Santa Claus The Musical (The Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati); The Pirates of Penzance; Let’s Cook Up an Opera (Cincinnati Opera’s Outreach); and In the Next Room (The Carnegie). Since 2008, she has worked as a Scenic Artist in the Cincinnati area for theatres like the Cincinnati Opera, Cincinnati Ballet, Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and The Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati as the Charge Artist for over 70 of these productions and continues to be the Charge Scenic Artist for Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park since 2020. She earned her BFA in Theatre Design and Production at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. She would like to thank her wife for her continued love and support.

Chelsey Carter-Sanders

Chelsey is founder and CEO of Alex Carter brand. After graduating from The Art Institute of Chicago, she launched the Alex Carter brand in 2015, where she caters to customers who are risk-taking but appreciate edgy classics. Chelsey has been featured in Vogue Italia, Elle, Chicago Sun-Times, Modern Luxury, Covergirl of SPLASH and the Chicago Tribune. She was also a contestant on Bravo’s Season 18 of Project Runway. In addition to these press opportunities, Chelsey has also partnered with brands such as Lexus RX, Lululemon, Converse and HBO Max, to name a few. She is set on building a legacy of Classic American designs that stand the test of time and hopes to encourage all aspiring designers to do the same. Today, the Alex Carter brand is known for creating everyday clothes for not so everyday people — bridging the gap between simplicity and edge.

Jessica Ann Drayton

Jessica holds a BFA from Wright State University and an MFA from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music in Lighting Design. She is the 2024 Howell Binkley Fellowship Recipient. Her selected lighting designs include Beauty and the Beast, Singin’ in the Rain and Anxiety Project (Archbishop Alter High School); Fat Ham, Amen Corner, Wrecking Ball, Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom (Cincinnati Shakespeare Company); Once on this Island, Cunning Little Vixen, Spelling Bee and Cinderella (CCM); Winter’s Tale Remix (Epic Theatre Company in New York); Everly Brothers (Ivoryton Playhouse in Connecticut); La Ville Morte (Catapult Opera in New York); and Secret Garden (TheaterLabs Dayton). Jeremy Smith

Jeremy has produced a multitude of Second City collaborations such as The Second City Does Cincinnati: Pride and Porkopolis (Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park); The Almost Accurate Guide to America (Kennedy Center); The Art of Falling (Hubbard Street Dance Chicago); The Good, The Bad, and The I-5 (La Jolla Playhouse); Let Them Eat Chaos, Black Side of The Moon, She The People (Woolly Mammoth Theatre); Chicago Live! (Chicago Tribune); and Rod Blagojevich Superstar! (Chicago Shakespeare Theater). He has also served as Producer for numerous revues at The Second City, as well as countless other productions both locally and nationally. Lastly, he doesn’t care what the haters say, your chili is great Cincinnati!

Grecia Bahena

Grecia is thrilled to make her debut with The Second City. She is a proud alumna of the BFA stage management program at the University of Illinois. Favorite credits include Theatre Studies New Works Project (Stage Manager, Illinois Theatre), Lyric Under the Stars (Assistant Stage Manager, Lyric Theatre at Illinois), and November Dance (Stage Manager, Dance at Illinois). She is also a graduate of the M.S.L.C.E program at Northwestern University.

Andrea L. Shell

Andrea is excited to be celebrating her 24th season with Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park, having worked on more than 100 productions, including 25 world premieres. Favorite Playhouse credits include A Christmas Carol (2006-2021); Rutka; Dracula; A Chorus Line; Murder on the Orient Express; School Girls Or, The African Mean Girls Play; Rooted; Alias Grace; The Last Wide Open; Treasure Island; Mr. Joy; Jane Eyre; Bad Dates; The Revolutionists; I Loved, I Lost, I Made Spaghetti; Merrily We Roll Along; As You Like It; The Understudy; Durango; Around the World in 80 Days; Altar Boyz; Smoke on the Mountain Homecoming; Reckless; Ace; The Clean House; A Picasso; One; Abracadabra; The Bible … (abridged); and Dark Paradise. She has also stage managed at Dallas Theater Center, The Old Globe, Cincinnati Ballet, Alliance Theatre, The Second City and Ingenuity Festival of Cleve- land. Additionally, Andrea heads Playhouse’s stage management department as the Production Stage Manager, serves as a member of Xavier University’s Theatre Program’s adjunct faculty, and is a contributor for Dramatics.org, writing backstage articles for their online content.
