Your privacy is important to us. To protect your privacy, the Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park provides this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.

Privacy Details

This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park's website, as well as data we maintain in the Playhouse's information systems. On some pages of our website, you can purchase tickets, request information, make a donation or register to receive materials. The type of information collected on these pages includes:

We use the information you provide about yourself only for the ticket purchase, donation or information request that you submit. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order, such as processing a ticket order or a credit card payment.

We use return email addresses to answer the email received. You also can register on our website if you would like to be included on our free email list for special information and offers. Information you submit on other pages of our site will not be used for this purpose unless you specifically sign up for our email list. Your email address never will be shared with or sold to outside parties.

The Playhouse never will sell any of your other personally identifiable information to anyone. Occasionally, we may exchange your name and address with another nonprofit arts organization so that they may mail you information one time. We do not allow them to retain your information for future use.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
We may collect non-personal data through markers such as cookies, web logs, action tags and other monitoring technologies. Where authorized by us, third parties may use our monitoring technologies to compile aggregate statistics on our behalf. We use the non-personal information to assist us in the understanding and improvement of our website, including its performance, effectiveness and usability. We may share or transfer information which is not personally identifiable with or to our partners.

Cookies are parcels of text sent by a server to a web browser and then sent back unchanged by the browser each time it accesses that server. They are used to track, authenticate and maintain specific information about users, such as site preferences or the contents of their shopping carts. At any time, you may request not to receive any email, mail or solicitation calls from the Playhouse. You also may request us not to exchange your name and address information with other nonprofit arts organizations. We retain your request so that it will be respected in the future.

You may opt out of any Playhouse email list simply by following the instructions included in the email that you receive.

You may opt out of our mailing, calling or exchange lists by informing us by email, by phone, in writing or in person.

You still will receive mail or calls directly related to any purchase from or donation to the Playhouse regardless of your preferences.
