KEYBANK’S “TINY TIM TEN” PROGRAM, IN CONJUNCTION WITH CINCINNATI PLAYHOUSE IN THE PARK, BENEFITS ST. ALOYSIUS ORPHANAGE

(CINCINNATI) – This holiday season, KeyBank, the title sponsor of the Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park’s production of A CHRISTMAS CAROL, is taking the show’s heartwarming message one step further. For the second year, as part of its “Tiny Tim Ten” program, KeyBank will donate $10 to the St. Aloysius Orphanage every time a new personal checking account is opened between December 1 and December 30. In addition, the Playhouse will give those new account holders 15 percent off regular ticket prices to see A CHRISTMAS CAROL.

St. Aloysius Orphanage, a family teaching center, has been serving the Greater Cincinnati area for more than 165 years, and is committed to nurturing the physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual strengths of children and families. Services offered at St. Aloysius include an education center, residential services and foster care placement. Using the family teaching model, the organization works to reinforce positive behaviors, focusing on appropriate alternative skills and teaching how to correct negative behaviors.

“We’re honored to partner with St. Aloysius and the Playhouse for a second year in this exciting program,” said KeyBank City President Gene Fugate. “Simply by opening a new account with KeyBank, individuals can receive a discount for one of the Tri-state’s most cherished holiday traditions, and at the same time, know that they are making the season brighter for children and families who depend upon the valuable services at St. Aloysius.”

“We appreciate the generosity of KeyBank and the Playhouse in supporting the critical services that St. Aloysius provides to children and their families in the Greater Cincinnati area,” says Pank Goulet, executive director of St. Aloysius. “We rely on the financial support of the community to help us continue to meet the growing needs of families in Greater Cincinnati, families who often have nowhere else to turn.”

The Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park’s production of A CHRISTMAS CAROL, now celebrating its 17th year, is a loving production of Dickens' classic ghost story. A CHRISTMAS CAROL remains faithful to the story of old Ebenezer Scrooge, the curmudgeonly miser whose last chance at redemption comes during one unforgettable Christmas Eve among the spirits. The show runs December 1 through 30 in the Playhouse’s Robert S. Marx Theatre. Some restrictions apply to the discounted KeyBank ticket offer.
