The Rosenthal Next Generation Theatre Series is an exciting
schedule of Saturday productions designed to entice and excite young
people throughout the Playhouse season. Made possible through the generous
support of the Lois and Richard Rosenthal Foundation, the series is a
wonderful way to instill a love of theatre in our youth - our future
decision-makers, artists and next generation of theatregoers.
Each show is just 30-60 minutes in length, perfect for busy Saturday
schedules, and is performed twice at 10:30a.m. and 1:00p.m. All 1:00p.m. performances are signed for the hearing impaired courtesy
of Cincinnati State. All performances take place in the Playhouse's
Rosenthal Plaza, between the Marx and Shelterhouse theaters.
The cost? Tickets are only $5 for theatregoers ages four to 18 and $6
for adults. Parking is free.
It's easy, it's fun and it's the perfect way for families to "get
in on the act" at the Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park. Many shows
in this popular series sell out in advance, so don't wait to get your
tickets. A few quick notes:

- Audience members of all ages should remain in their seats throughout
the performance.
- All food, drinks and candy should be consumed before entering the
